Yes, we monitor threat detection and partner with Nightfall.ai and Crowdstrike for real-time threat detection and data loss prevention across all platforms. This helps us monitor, detect, and respond to potential threats before they become risks.
Do you have conditional access policies and MDM solution in place?
Yes.
How do you manage credentials, access keys (APIs) and is multi factor authentication enabled everywhere possible?
Our best practices here are with key rotation and MFA - as we prepare to complete our ISO 27001 certification.
How are you managing secure software coding and vulnerability management?
We manage these through a number of automated tools to review code. Moreover, we have a security contractor doing periodic reviews.
How do you manage data security?
Medical data is shared between Everlab, the patient and our clinicians using TLS encryption and stored using bank-grade AES-256 encryption. The Everlab app offers extra protection through SMS verification and biometric authentication. We are currently in the process of completing our ISO 27001 certification via Vanta.
