At Everlab, we provide CT Coronary Angiograms (CTCAs) as a Membership add-on product for $1,499, and this includes a coronary calcium score as part of the scan.
What’s the difference?
A coronary calcium scan only measures the amount of calcified plaque in your arteries — a helpful but limited snapshot of heart health.
By contrast, a CTCA provides a far more detailed view. It not only includes the calcium score, but also detects:
Non-calcified plaque (which calcium scoring alone can’t pick up),
Artery narrowing, and
The overall structure and condition of your coronary arteries.
This allows for a much earlier and more accurate detection of cardiovascular risk — even before symptoms appear.
