Your food journal is the foundation of your Nutrition Review. It gives us a clear picture of your everyday eating patterns and allows us to provide personalised recommendations based on your real-world diet.
By reviewing your food journal, we can better understand:
Portion sizes and eating habits
The balance of fibre, protein, fat, and processed foods in your diet
The diversity of foods you’re eating
(If you are also using a CGM) how specific foods and drinks influence your blood glucose levels
Even without a CGM, your food journal provides more than enough data for us to create meaningful and personalised advice.
