How does Everlab organise my CTCA tests?

Edited

If you’ve purchased the CTCA (Coronary CT Angiogram) as a Membership Add-On, Everlab will coordinate the entire process for you — from preparation to booking — based on the state you live in.

Step 1: Purchase & Kick-Off

  • Once you purchase the CTCA Membership Add-On, you’ll receive a Kick-Off Email outlining the steps you need to take.

  • You’ll be asked to complete:

    • A 15-minute Imaging Briefing via video call with one of our Everlab Practitioners

    • A CTCA consent form, which you'll find in your Everlab Dashboard.

You must complete both of these before your CTCA can be booked.

Step 2: Process by State

The next steps differ depending on your location:

VIC Members

  • Your CTCA will be performed at Imaging Associates, Box Hill.

  • After your briefing and consent form are completed, Everlab sends your referral to Imaging Associates.

  • Imaging Associates will contact you directly to schedule the appointment at a time that suits you.

NSW Members

  • You’ll have the option to attend either PRP Zetland or PRP Warriewood.

  • In your Kick-Off Email, you’ll be asked to provide your availability (dates and times that suit you).

  • Everlab will then call PRP on your behalf to arrange your appointment.

QLD Members

  • Your CTCA will be completed at Imaging Queensland Brisbane.

  • After your briefing and consent form are completed, Everlab sends your referral to Imaging Queensland.

  • Imaging Queensland will contact you directly to organise the appointment.

Final Step: Confirmation

Once your CTCA appointment is confirmed:

  • It will be updated in your Everlab Dashboard

  • You will receive a confirmation email including:

    • Appointment time and location

    • Preparation instructions for your scan

If you have any questions along the way, you can contact the Everlab Care Coordinator team:

  • SMS: 0489 078 867
