How do I return my samples?

After collecting your sample for the Preventive Genetic Health Test, it’s important to label and register it correctly before sending it back.

Label Your Sample:
Make sure your sample tube or swab is clearly labeled with your unique barcode sticker found inside your test kit. This barcode links your sample to your test order.
Register Your Sample:
Visit Eugene Labs’ sample registration page to enter your details and scan or enter the barcode number. This step ensures your sample is correctly matched to your account.
Pack Your Sample:
Place the labeled and registered sample back into the provided biohazard bag and return envelope.
Return Shipping:
Use the prepaid 2-day return shipping label included in your kit. Simply attach the label to the envelope and drop it off at your nearest Australia Post mailbox or post office.
