If you believe you have made an error during your sample collection for the Preventive Genetic Health Test, it’s important to act promptly to ensure accurate results.
Eugene Labs recommends that if a mistake has been made during collection, you request a new testing kit to collect a fresh sample. Please note that requesting a replacement kit may incur additional costs.
