When should I complete my Physical Assessment?

Edited

If you're a Protocol member, your Physical Assessment is an important part of your Everlab plan. It offers a detailed look at your cardiovascular fitness, strength, and mobility, all of which help tailor your ongoing health strategy.

Ideal Timing

We recommend completing your Physical Assessment around the same time as your diagnostic assessments, such as pathology and DEXA. This gives your Everlab team the most accurate and holistic snapshot of your current health.

For members in VIC, NSW, QLD and WA, we’ll typically try to pair your DEXA scan with your Physical Assessment as a back-to-back booking, with the DEXA first. This streamlines the process, and saves you needing to come out twice — but only if this works with your schedule.

There’s flexibility built in: you can complete your Physical Assessment before or after your Diagnostic Review, depending on what suits you best and your current situation.

Summary:

  • Available to Protocol members only

  • Ideally paired with DEXA and pathology

  • For VIC, NSW, QLD and WA members, we aim for back-to-back DEXA and Physical, if your schedule allows

  • Can be completed before or after your Diagnostic Review

  • Easily managed via your Everlab Dashboard

If you need help with scheduling, just reach out to your Everlab Care Coordinator Team — we’ll help find the best time that works for you.
