When should I book my Nutrition Review?

Edited

As a Protocol Member, your Nutrition Review is a key step in your Everlab journey.
It brings together your Diagnostic Review discussion and 7-day food tracking insights to give you a clear, personalised picture of how your daily eating habits are influencing your health.

When to Book

  • Complete your 7-day food tracking (photos of everything you eat and drink) before your Nutrition Review.

  • Schedule your Nutrition Review at least 1 business day after your Diagnostic Review.

This ensures your Everlab team has time to review your food tracking alongside your pathology, DEXA, and any other assessment results. These images provide important context for interpreting your data and tailoring recommendations.

Why This Timing Matters

  • Food tracking reveals real patterns. Your 7-day record helps identify links between your diet and key health markers.

  • Diagnostic Review first = stronger context. Having your health insights discussed first means your Nutrition Review can focus fully on food strategies to support your goals.

  • The 1-day gap gives your team time to collaborate. Your Everlab Doctor can brief your Nutritionist on your results, priorities, and goals, so your session is personalised and aligned with your overall health plan.

Bottom Line

Booking your Nutrition Review after your Diagnostic Review and once your food tracking is complete ensures your Nutritionist has the full picture — biological data, lifestyle context, and real-life eating habits — so you can walk away with clear, actionable steps toward your health goals.
