Why does my Diagnostic Review need to be at least 5 days after my pathology and DEXA appointment?

We require at least 5 business days between your Diagnostic Assessments (Pathology Appointment and DEXA Scan) and your Diagnostic Review to ensure you receive the most comprehensive and personalised experience possible with your Everlab Doctor. This timeframe allows us to:

• Receive and review your results from our pathology and imaging partner providers.

• Account for advanced pathology testing. As we test a wide range of biomarkers the analysis of these biomarkers can take longer to process than standard tests.

• Prepare your Diagnostic Review deck, which will be presented to you by your Everlab Doctor during your consultation.

• Plot the results from your Everlab Diagnostic Assessments against your historical health data, enabling your Everlab Doctor to identify and explain any trends or changes in your health.

Please note, the 5 business days are counted from whichever Diagnostic Assessment appointment (Pathology or DEXA) occurs last, as this ensures we have all the necessary data before your review.
