What’s the correct order for my appointments?

The correct order of your appointments depends on your Everlab membership type—Diagnostic or Protocol. Following this sequence ensures a smooth timeline and time for result analysis and interpretation so that your Everlab Doctor can provide you with personalised and actionable insights.

If you're a Diagnostic Member, your appointments should follow this order:

1. Diagnostic Assessments

   • Includes your Pathology Appointment and DEXA Scan.

2. Diagnostic Review

   • Schedule at least 5 business days after the last completed Diagnostic Assessment (Pathology or DEXA Scan).

   • This allows our team to process your results and prepare your personalised Diagnostic Review deck.

3. Annual Review & Planning Consult (12 months after joining)

   • A strategic review of your year with Everlab, focused on your progress and future direction.

If you're a Protocol Member, your appointment schedule is designed to support long-term health optimisation through regular assessments, personalised reviews, and actionable planning.

1. Diagnostic Assessments

   • Pathology Appointment and DEXA Scan.

   • These can be done on separate days, but it’s ideal to schedule your DEXA Scan and Physical Assessment on the same day, with the DEXA first as you will need to fast for this session.

2. Physical Assessment

   • Ideally completed on the same day as your DEXA Scan, straight after.

3. 7-Day Diet Tracking

   • Take clear photos of everything you eat and drink for 7 consecutive days.

   • Complete your tracking before your Nutrition Review so your Everlab team can analyse your patterns alongside your diagnostic results.

4. Diagnostic Review

   • Schedule at least 5 business days after your last completed Diagnostic Assessment (Pathology or DEXA).

   • Allows our team time to review results and prepare key insights.

5. Nutrition Review

   • Book at least 1 business day after your Diagnostic Review.

   • Ensure your 7-day diet tracking is complete before this appointment.

6. Follow up Testing & Review (6 months after your Diagnostic Review)

   • Repeat Pathology, DEXA Scan, and Physical Assessment.

   • Complete another 7-day diet tracking

   • Follow up Diagnostic Review (with your Everlab Doctor) should be scheduled at least 5 business days after your last test.

   • Follow up Nutrition Review

7. Annual Review & Planning Consult (12 months after joining)

   • A full review of your health journey and outcomes.

   • Your Everlab team will help you plan the next phase of your health strategy.
