What happens to my medical data if I decide not to continue?

Edited

At Everlab, your privacy and the security of your medical data are of the highest importance—whether you continue your membership with us or not.

Your Data Is Always Protected

All medical data shared between you, Everlab, and our clinicians is:

  • Encrypted in transit using TLS (Transport Layer Security)

  • Encrypted at rest using bank-grade AES-256 encryption

  • Stored securely within systems protected by multi-factor authentication and strict access controls

Even if you no longer continue your membership, your data remains securely stored under these protections.

Enterprise-Grade Security Practices

Everlab follows industry best practices, including:

  • Endpoint threat detection and monitoring via Nightfall & Crowdstrike

  • Conditional access policies and mobile device management (MDM) to control access securely

  • Credential and key management through strict key rotation policies and MFA across all systems

  • Secure software development practices, including automated code reviews and third-party security audits

  • Ongoing pursuit of ISO 27001 certification to ensure a formal, internationally recognised standard for information security

Your Rights

Even if you choose to leave Everlab, your medical records remain yours. You can request access to your data or ask for it to be removed or transferred at any time by contacting our Care Team.

We believe in transparent, ethical handling of sensitive information—always.
