What's the difference between the Diagnostic & Protocol programs?

Edited

At Everlab, we offer two program options tailored to your health needs: the Protocol Program or the Diagnostic Program. Both are designed to give you deep insight into your health and empower long-term, preventative action—but they differ in scope, support, and ongoing care.

Diagnostic Program – $900 + $299 deposit

This is our core program, ideal for those looking to understand their baseline health. It includes:

  • Comprehensive bloodwork

  • DEXA body composition scan

These advanced tests give you a high-resolution view of your current health status and risk profile. It’s the foundation of our preventative approach.

Protocol Program – $2,700 + $299 deposit

The Protocol Program includes everything in the Diagnostic Program plus a deeper, more personalised experience, with enhanced assessments, clinical support, and follow-up. It's designed for individuals with more complex needs or who want a more proactive, long-term health plan.

What's Included:

  • 90-minute Physical Assessment with an Everlab personal trainer or sport physiotherapist
(includes VO2 max, strength, stability, and endurance testing)

  • Nutrition Review
(diet tracking and a 45-minute consult with an Everlab nutritionist)

  • Six-Month Re-testing of key biomarkers, diagnostics, and physical assessment

  • Doctor Review Appointments
(30-minute follow up Diagnostic review and a 20-minute end-of-year summary)

In Summary:
The Diagnostic Program offers a solid foundation of testing and insight. The Protocol Program takes it further—adding in-depth physical and nutritional assessments, repeat testing, and longitudinal clinical care to support long-term, evidence-based action.

Still unsure which is right for you? Your Everlab doctor will recommend the best fit based on your risk profile and health goals.
