How to share my CGM results back to Everlab?

Once you’ve been using your Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) and tracking your data in the FreeStyle LibreLink app, you’ll need to share your results with the Everlab team so your data can be reviewed and discussed during your Nutrition Review.

Here’s how to connect your app to Everlab’s system via LibreView:

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open the FreeStyle LibreLink app on your smartphone.

2. Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.

3. Select “Connected Apps.”

4. Tap “Connect LibreView.”

5. Choose “Connect to a Practice.”

6. Enter the Practice ID: everlabclinic

7. Tap “Next,” then “Connect.”

Once connected, your glucose data will be securely shared with the Everlab team. This ensures your nutritionist has full visibility of your CGM insights and can tailor your recommendations based on real-time data.
