What if I'm missing a CGM? What if I was not provided a CGM?

If you’re missing your Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) or experiencing issues with the one you received, don’t worry — we’re here to help.

Please contact the Everlab Care Coordinator team, and we’ll organise a replacement CGM to be sent to you. We’ll also provide easy-to-follow setup instructions to ensure you’re back on track quickly with your glucose tracking.

If you're unsure whether your CGM is still on the way or has been delayed, reach out and we can confirm the status for you.
