How long does my CGM data stay in the app?

Your CGM data is typically stored in the LibreView app for up to 90 days.

This means if you’ve worn a CGM within the last three months and still have your data in the app, you can share it with us — and we can include it as part of your Nutrition Review.

Want to share your existing data?

If you still have your CGM data:

• Open your LibreView app.

• Follow the steps to connect to Everlab by entering the practice ID everlabclinic.

We’ll then be able to access your past glucose data and use it during your Nutrition Review.

No worries if you can’t upload

If you’re unable to share your CGM data, that’s absolutely fine. We’ll let your Everlab nutritionist know ahead of your review. They can still use your food photos and any other available health data to give you meaningful insights.
