I would like to cancel my membership before my onboarding consult?

If you decide not to proceed with your Everlab program prior to meeting your doctor, you can cancel and request a refund for your deposit.

1. Contact us to let us know you’d like to cancel.

2. We will process the cancellation and issue a refund for your $299 deposit.

3. Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days.

While it’s not required, we welcome any feedback on your experience or any blockers that made it difficult to proceed. This helps us improve our services for future members.

We understand that sometimes the timing or fit isn’t right. You’re welcome to return to Everlab in the future whenever it suits your health goals.
