I would like to cancel my program, after my onboarding consult.

We will go ahead and cancel your Everlab program meaning you will incur not further costs. This will include losing access to your Everlab dashboard.

The $299 deposit covers your initial Everlab onboarding, including your doctor consultation. Once this consultation has taken place, the deposit is non-refundable.

Your $299 payment covers services you have already received, including:

• A one-on-one consultation with an Everlab physician

• Review of your medical history and health goals

• Development of your personalised diagnostic and care plan

As these services are delivered at the time of your consultation, the deposit cannot be refunded afterwards.

If you change your mind before meeting with the doctor, you can cancel and receive a full refund of your $299 deposit.
