Can I upload my family's medical records on my profile?

Unfortunately due to our medical record management protocols, we are unable to upload or store any records for family members, relatives, or other individuals, on your file.

However, to ensure that this valuable family history information is properly documented in your records, we can create a summary note in your file that captures the key medical information from these documents.

If you're comfortable doing so, please send us an email to support@everlab.com.au with written dot points covering:

• Family member's relationship to you

• Relevant cardiac conditions or diagnoses

• Age at diagnosis (if known)

• Any other pertinent medical details you feel are important

This approach will ensure your family medical history is permanently documented in your file and readily accessible to your healthcare team for future appointments and treatment planning.
