Updating Your Health Declaration in the Everlab App

Members can update key health information directly from the Everlab app at any time. This includes medications, supplements, medical conditions, and family medical history. This is especially helpful if details change after onboarding or were missed initially.

What can be updated?

From the Health Declaration section, members can edit:

  • Current or past medical conditions

  • Medications and supplements

  • Allergies

  • Family medical history

  • Specialist care details

Keeping this information up to date helps ensure our practitioners have the most accurate picture of your health.


How to access and update your Health Declaration

  1. Open the Everlab App

  2. Go to Manage My Profile

  3. Select Health Declaration

  4. Click Edit

  5. Add or update the relevant fields

  6. Save your changes

When should members update this?

You should update their Health Declaration if:

  • You've start or stop a medication or supplement

  • You've receive a new diagnosis

  • Your family medical history changes

  • You didn’t complete these fields during onboarding
