What results will I get from my CGM?

Edited

A Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) report provides a view of your glucose metabolism over time. Alongside your food tracking, these insights help you and your Everlab nutritionist better understand how your body responds to food, stress, activity, and sleep.

What’s Included in Your CGM Report?

1. Average Glucose Level
Your typical blood sugar level over the course of the 7-day monitoring period.

2. Glucose Management Indicator (GMI) & Glucose Trends
GMI gives an estimate of your HbA1c based on your CGM data. You’ll also see patterns in how your blood sugar changes throughout the day.

3. Ambulatory Glucose Profile (AGP) & Summary
A visual overview showing when your glucose tends to rise or fall—helping identify highs, lows, and overall stability.

4. Daily Glucose Profiles
Breakdowns of how your glucose levels fluctuate each day—particularly useful when paired with your food tracking data.

When Will I Have My Results Reviewed?

If you completed CGM alongside your food tracking, your results will be reviewed together during your Nutrition Review with an Everlab nutritionist or dietician. In this session, we’ll:

  • Interpret your glucose data in the context of your lifestyle and diet

  • Discuss your metabolic health

  • Develop a tailored nutrition and lifestyle plan based on your results

If you ever have questions about your results before or after the review, feel free to reach out to the Everlab Care Coordinator team.
