How do I receive my CGM?

If you're recommended to use a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) as part of your Nutrition Review, it will be sent directly to your home with setup instructions.
You’ll only receive a CGM if you and your clinician decide it’s the right tool for you. Food tracking remains the main requirement for your review, and a CGM is an optional supplement.
What if I don’t receive my CGM?
If you were expecting a CGM and it hasn’t arrived, or if you’re experiencing any issues with your device, please contact the Everlab Care Coordinator Team at support@everlab.com.au. We’ll be happy to help.
