How do I prepare for my physical assessment?

Edited

Your physical assessment is an important part of understanding your baseline fitness and tailoring your Everlab protocols. Here’s everything you need to know to be ready for the day.

Pre-Appointment To-Do List

Before attending your appointment, please complete the following:

  • Lifestyle Questionnaire

  • VO₂ Max Consent Form

You can find both in your Everlab App or Everlab Dashboard, under your To Do List.

If you don’t see these listed, it likely means you’ve already completed them and you’re all set! If you're unsure or want to double-check, please reach out to our Care Coordinator Team and we’ll confirm for you.

What to Wear

  • Loose, comfortable clothing suitable for light physical activity

  • Supportive athletic footwear (e.g. running or cross-training shoes), especially important for the VO₂ max test

What to Avoid

  • Please avoid intense exercise for 24 hours before your assessment

For Those with Exercise-Induced Asthma

If you have asthma that’s triggered by exercise, please bring your inhaler to the assessment. The intensity may be higher than your usual routine, and we want to make sure you’re fully supported.

Need Help?

If you remember receiving an SMS or email about these steps but can’t find it, we’re happy to resend the information. Just reach out to the Care Coordinator Team and we’ll sort it out for you.
