What happens if my uploaded records contain errors or missing information?
At Everlab, we use an enterprise-grade AI system to help process, interpret, and organise large volumes of uploaded medical records efficiently. This allows us to quickly integrate your health data into your profile and provide personalised insights.
However, occasional errors can happen
While we strive for high accuracy, no system is perfect. If you notice:
Missing information
Mislabelled records
Incomplete data
Incorrect test results attached to your profile
Please contact the Everlab Care Coordinator Team as soon as possible. We’ll promptly investigate and resolve any issues to ensure your health data is accurate and complete.
Your role matters too
Double-check your documents before uploading to ensure they:
Are clear and legible
Include the full report or results
Match the correct format (PDF, under 10MB)
