Do I need to complete CGM tracking for my nutrition review?

Edited

No — completing a 7-day CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring) period is not required part of your Nutrition Review at Everlab. You’ll still receive a valuable and comprehensive review without it.

If you do choose to wear a CGM, it may provide extra insight into how your body responds to food, activity, stress, and sleep. These additional data points can help your nutritionist or dietitian fine-tune your recommendations.

Prior to your Nutrition Review, you’ll be asked to track your diet by taking photos of your meals and submitting them for a 7-day period. This food tracking is the core requirement and ensures we can provide tailored nutrition advice based on your real-world data.

What if I don't use a CGM?

No problem — most of our members complete their Nutrition Review without a CGM. Your meal tracking, along with other available health data, gives our team more than enough information to provide meaningful and actionable insights.
