What should I do if my CGM falls out?

Edited

If you notice redness, itching, swelling, or a rash where the sensor is sitting (or it becomes painful or starts to lift), gently remove the sensor and please let us know. Do not try to reinsert the same sensor.

If your CGM falls out before the end of the 7 day tracking, please don't put it back on!

You can contact us directly and we can help you order a new CGM device to restart your 7 day tracking.
