I can’t find my appointment link – what should I do?

If you’re having trouble locating the link for your upcoming Everlab consult, don’t worry—follow these steps:

1. Check Your Everlab Dashboard

• Log in to your Everlab Dashboard and go to Upcoming Appointments.

• Click your appointment, then the ‘Join Video Call’ button to access your consultation instantly.

2. Search Your Email

• When your appointment was confirmed, you should have received a calendar invitation via email.

• This email includes the meeting link, date, time, and other important details.

• Try searching your inbox for “Everlab” or the appointment title if you can’t find it.

3. Check Your SMS

• We also send text reminders with your appointment time.

• If it’s a consult, the text includes the Google Meet link as well—check your messages to see if it’s there.
