How do I reschedule an online (Onboarding, Diagnostic, Nutrition) consultation?

You can easily reschedule your online consultations—including your Onboarding Consult, Diagnostic Review, or Nutrition Review—through your Everlab Dashboard.

1. Log in to your Everlab Dashboard.

2. Navigate to your Upcoming Appointments section.

3. Find the consultation you’d like to reschedule.

4. Click the “Reschedule” button and follow the prompts to select a new time that works for you.

Once confirmed, your appointment will be updated in your Dashboard and you’ll receive a new calendar invite by email.

If you reschedule your Diagnostic Review to a later date and already have a Nutrition Review booked, your Nutrition Review will also need to be rescheduled. This is to ensure it follows the correct appointment flow—your Nutrition Review must take place after your Diagnostic Review, and there must be at least one business day in between the two appointments.
