I can't log in to my Everlab account

If you're having trouble logging into your Everlab Dashboard — or you're not receiving your verification code — here are a few things to check before reaching out to our Care Team:


1. Check your mobile number format

Your login requires an Australian mobile number entered in the correct international format:
+61 followed by your mobile number (without the leading 0).
For example, if your mobile is 0482 994 551, you should enter it as +61482994551.


2. Use your email if you're not in Australia

If you don’t have an Australian mobile number, try logging in with the email address linked to your Everlab account. You’ll receive a verification code via email instead of SMS. .


3. Didn’t receive the code?

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Make sure you entered the correct mobile number or email address

  • If you're overseas, please use your email instead


Still not working?

If you're sure you've entered the correct details but still can’t log in, it’s possible that the mobile number or email address linked to your account is incorrect.
