Troubleshooting login errors
If you're having trouble logging in to your Everlab Dashboard, here are a few steps to help you get back on track:
1. Check how you're entering your mobile number
Make sure you're entering your mobile number with the international prefix. For Australian numbers, this means:
Use +61 instead of the leading 0.
Example:
Instead of 0482 994 551, enter it as +61482994551
2. Still not working with your mobile number?
If you’ve entered your number correctly but still can’t log in, it could mean that the mobile number linked to your Everlab membership is incorrect in our system.
In this case, please contact our Care Coordinator team to confirm or update your details:

3. Don’t have an Australian mobile number?
No problem! You can try logging in using the email address connected to your Everlab membership. A verification code will be sent to your email instead. Make sure to check your spam and junk folders.
4. Didn’t receive a verification code by email?
If you're using your email address and still not receiving a code, it could mean that the email address linked to your Everlab membership is incorrect in our system.
Please reach out to the Care Coordinator team so we can help resolve this and get you logged in.
