How do I reschedule an in person appointment?

Rescheduling your in-person Everlab appointments is straightforward, but the process varies depending on your location and the type of appointment.


Victoria (VIC) Members

If you're located in Victoria, you can reschedule the following appointments yourself via the Everlab Dashboard:

  • Pathology

  • Physical Assessment and DEXA

Simply log into your Dashboard, find the appointment, and follow the steps to change it to a time that suits you.


Queensland (QLD), New South Wales (NSW) and Western Australia (WA) Members

For members in QLD, NSW and WA, all in-person appointments need to be rescheduled by the Everlab Care Coordinator Team. This includes:

  • Pathology

  • DEXA

  • Physical Assessment

To reschedule, just reach out to our Care Team and we’ll coordinate with our partner providers on your behalf.


Membership Add-Ons

Some membership add-ons follow a slightly different process:

  • Skin Checks (via MoleMap):
    These are booked directly with MoleMap and must also be rescheduled directly through the same MoleMap clinic you originally booked with.

  • Imaging Add-Ons (Whole Body MRI, CT Chest, CT Coronary Angiogram):
    These must always be rescheduled by the Everlab Care Coordinator Team, regardless of your location. Contact us and we’ll handle the rest.


Tip: If you need to make a change, the earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we’ll have to secure your preferred time.
