Includes:

• Advanced Bloods – Comprehensive blood testing of 100+ biomarkers covering all key medical categories.

• DEXA Body Composition – scan to measure body composition.

• Physical Assessment – In-person assessment with a clinician.

• 7-Day Food Tracking – Diet tracking and full nutrition review.

• Follow up Testing – Selected diagnostics repeated halfway through the year to monitor changes.

• Full 12-Month Review – Detailed review at the end of the year to track progress and update your health plan.

Includes:
