Can you access my historical medical records from other countries?
Unfortunately, Everlab is unable to retrieve historical medical records from overseas or non-Australian providers. We can only access records from major Australian pathology and imaging providers with your consent.
But You Can Still Include International Records
If you have medical records from other countries, you can still include them in your Everlab profile by following one of these secure options:
Self-upload your files via the Everlab Dashboard
Contact the Everlab Care Coordinator Team to assist with uploading
Email your documents to the Everlab Care Coordinator team — once received, we’ll upload them directly to your Everlab profile
Please ensure your files are in PDF format, no larger than 10MB, and are clear and legible.
Including your international records helps our clinical team develop a more complete picture of your health and provide even more tailored insights.
