How does Everlab retrieve my historical medical results? What records can be retrieved?

Edited

To give you the most accurate and personalised insights into your health, Everlab retrieves your historical medical records — but only with your explicit consent.

What Kind of Records Can Everlab Access?

We collect essential medical records to help build a comprehensive health profile. These include:

  • Pathology results (e.g. blood tests)

  • Imaging reports (e.g. MRI, CT scans, X-rays)

These records allow our clinicians to identify patterns over time, spot early risk factors, and ensure that any current assessments are placed in proper context.

Where Do We Retrieve These Records From?

Everlab accesses records from major Australian pathology and imaging providers. However, please note that this does not include records from private or independent services such as:

  • iScreen

  • iMedical

  • Executive Health Services

If you have results from these or other private providers, you can upload them directly to your Everlab Dashboard for inclusion in your health profile.

Your Privacy Comes First

We only access your historical records with your authorised consent and handle all data securely in line with our strict privacy and security protocols.

If you have any questions or would like to confirm which providers we’re able to retrieve records from, feel free to contact the Everlab Care Coordinator team.
