What records can’t Everlab retrieve?
While Everlab retrieves a wide range of historical medical data from major Australian providers, there are some records we are unable to access directly. However, you can still securely upload these documents yourself via your Everlab Dashboard.
Records We Can’t Retrieve:
Overseas Medical Records:
Everlab cannot access international health records. If you’ve had tests or treatments overseas, you can manually upload these documents via your Everlab Dashboard.Surgical or Doctor Reports:
This includes reports from GPs, specialists, or surgeons — such as:Post-operative notes
Colonoscopy or gastroscopy reports
Surgical write-ups
Records from Smaller or Private Providers:
Everlab doesn’t retrieve records from private or less common providers, including:Independent pathology (e.g. iScreen, iMedical, Executive Health Services)
Standalone DEXA scans or VO2 Max tests
CT Calcium Scores from providers outside our network
If you have any of the above records, we strongly encourage you to upload them manually so our clinicians have the most comprehensive view of your health. If you need assistance, our Care Coordinator Team is here to help.
