What if I can't complete 7 days of diet and CGM tracking?

Edited

We recommend wearing your Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) for at least 7 full days, as this provides the most meaningful insights into your glucose patterns and metabolic health. The CGM can take up to 36 hours to fully calibrate, so completing the full week ensures the data is accurate and useful for your Nutrition Review.

If you can’t complete the full 7 days:

No stress — we’re here to help.

  • If your CGM falls off early or you experience a device issue, please contact our team at support@everlab.com.au

  • We’ll organise for a new CGM to be sent to you along with setup instructions.

  • Once your new CGM arrives, you can restart your 7 days of food and glucose tracking.

Completing the full tracking period ensures our nutritionist or dietitian has the clearest picture of how your diet impacts your glucose levels — but if something doesn’t go to plan, we’ve got you covered.
