Can I connect my CGM from overseas or from an international phone?

To share your CGM report with us, you will need to have your App store and LibreView app location set to Australia or the Australian version of the app.

If you have downloaded and registered from overseas or with an international account, you may not be able to upload your CGM report to us. You can try changing your phone and app store location to Australia, and redownloading the LibreView app.


However, if you are still having issues uploading, you can share your results by taking a screenshot of your reports, including:

  • daily patterns

  • time in range

  • low glucose events

  • average glucose

  • daily graph

  • estimated A1c

  • sensor usage
